God would have to be started and that something would be........hmm. God isn't real. Christians fill in scientific gaps like what the Big Bang has with one answer: God. Even though we are a very developed society there are still things to be answered. In the distant future there could be scientific break throughs one could not imagine. You think that everything has been discovered therefore putting that God makes these things happen like the Big Bang. Christians think that the world we live in revolves around God.

Not because thermodynamics is a theory, it is fact, but because the concept of infinite energy is in fact itself nothing more than a theory! Gange, as well as any reputable scientist in the field of cosmology, believe that the idea of an inifnite source of energy in matter holds as much credibility as a childs fairy tail! Black holes are a circumstance that are still widely beyond comprehension or understanding laggy, your singularities are as plausible as the belief that 4 leaf clovers bring good luck! ...At the moment, scientists are trying to develop a theory of physics (called quantum-gravity) which is able to work with infinite energies, and will be able to describe singularities, such as the early universe. Until then, we can't understand them (scientifically, at least).

You are right, scientists ARE trying to develop that theory! Only my dear friend, they will never succeed! Because like I said, Infinite energies do not exist! And yes, we cannot understand singularities scientifically, because there is no science to back up such a radical and foolish concept!

    Nice try though!

(lmao) Rofl Laggy your confidence brings a smile to my face, same to you my good friend!

And therefore proves the existance of god since only god would be able to go against these laws. Seeing as he created them, and can do ANYTHING, he is not bound by any laws of any kind. God is the ultimate, the alpha, the truth before all other truths.

AIDS, Cancer, And HIV are indeed presumed to be a punishment by god. Maybe people misinterpret god as an all forgiving creator who does everything in his power to ease the suffering of the world. Not true. Each day, hundreds of people commit murders, rape, abortion, genocide, beastiality, satanism, etc. The amount of sin against god is so great an incomprehensible in a SINGLE day that it is by the divine MERCY of god that he does not SMITE us all and send us ALL to hell (believers and non-believers) for eternity. The very FACT that we are here laggy, conversing and going about our lives while at the same time the world commits atrocities and blasphemies against god, the very FACT that he HAS not sent us all to hell already IS the GREATEST LOVE and MERCY of all time! It is a divine mercy only CAPABLE by a god!

God loves us all, but he is a jealous god. if you abandon him, he will abandon you. It is those who ask for forgiveness that recieve it, not those who merely want it.

God does not have to have been created or have a beginning, TBK's. God is without beginning or end. He created the concept of beginning and end. Simply because you cannot comprehend something does not mean it does not exist or it is not possible.

And yes, christians act as though the world revolves around god, because it does.

This kinda proves my point about religion (or at least christianity, i'm not sure if like, budhism has "miracles" or not).

I think people created religions because they couldn't come up with an answer for how the universe was created, or how that man survived something terrible. So you create a god and said he did it all. Personally the feeling that there could be a mystical man thats been around longer before anything even existed..is just a crock, but thats just me.

and another question, could you possibly even except that maybe your wrong? and other religions might be right? or like my theory above is correct? Like hinduism for ex. you know how they believe in after lifes? maybe we just become a flower when we die then a tiger..so on.haha To you guys that might sound like bologna but your theorys sound like bologna to me, this is just my opinon please dont hate me =[

and sorry if my hinduism incorrect, I dont know much about the religion but I think thats right..

Your confidence in believing that you're always correct brings a smile to my face. Laughing

So far, nobody has come up with any reputable or rational evidence that I am not, even under different pre-suppositions.

its kinda hard to find evidence for something that doesnt exist.

How about you prove that god is real? instead of "feeling him around you"

when did I ever say I felt god around me, that sound slike some novus orda evangelical protestant shit right there.

My faith in god is just that, faith:

Faith="Mental acceptance of and confidence in a claim as truth without proof supporting the claim..."

However, I prove that there is a god by realizing that the universe cannot have come into existance without him. The first law of Thermodynamics.

I am a byzantine catholic. We do not "sing praises to jesus" we do not sit around campfires singing songs to the lord, we do not bear the title "born again christians". the church came before the bible, hence we listen to the church and do not revolve our lives around merely the bible alone. We don not believe merely believing in christ grants you access to heaven. We attend to mass every sunday. The spiritual heritage that we as Byzantine Catholics share is the same as passed down by the Apostles and founding Fathers of the Eastern Christian Church, during the period of the Byzantine Empire. This includes the doctrines, liturgical practices and underlying theology and spiritual beliefs which came from the Christian Church of the Byzantine Empire.

The Byzantine Catholic Church is considerable the oldest Christian Church originating with the 12 Apostles of Jesus Christ.

Do not confuse us with evangelists and protestants.

again if you would answer my post kinda way ^^ Humans couldnt answer the question of how our universe was created, so you create a god and said he did it. Maybe in the far future if we ever truly find out how the universe was created, you will be proved wrong along with a bunch of other people.

Cant you even for a second pull your head out of the bible and maybe accept that possibly god did not create the universe and that (maybe not the big bang theory) but something other then god created the universe?? JUST for a second Smile
