I tried those asics on but I didn't like the way they fit on my foot.

The spikes I just bought. I just got the new eastbay catalog yesterday and now I'm having second thoughts because I like some other ones more.

I had those ones for the past few years or at least ones that look just like them. Not bad. The only thing that sucks is they're white and XC can get muddy.

They are the ones dedicated to Ryan Shay.

remember once I forgot my spikes so I had flats and it rained really hard so I went to big 5 across the street and bought sprinter spikes and wore them. I won because everyone fell because of huge slipperly down hill.

I like the shays in both colors for girls, the saucony kilkenny's in red, mizuno wave spikes and brooks mach 10 and 9.

I like them a TON. They fit really nice and are sUPER bendy. One thing I'm always weary about when buying shoes online is that they'll be too small when I get them. If you get your usual size then it should be fine.
(aka: they don't run too small)

i've got them! i love them they're so intimidating looking!
but the main reason i like brooks is bc they can fit my orthotics in them (most spikes are very narrow so they wont fit) and i have to wear them at all times.
