    Yeah, spikes really aren't made to mess with biomechanical issues. You probably won't run long enough in them to cause any problems.

    I got the spike version of this. 6.9 oz. And they are name the shay xc for Ryan Shay Crying or Very sad

    my friend got personalized milers that are purple and white (our school colors) and say his first name on the left one and his last name on the back of the right one their sweetttttt!

    I was going to get nike milers but the guy that owns the store said he doesn't have any nike spikes because they suck and they were all falling apart last year. Thats why I got the Shay XC-The Totally Unofficial 2008 XC Spike Thread - Page 7 Shay11

    R W S- have you tried running in the shay xc yet...if so how are they....i heard theyre agressive for an xc spike....and has a good fitting upper...but i want some more opinions....trying to narrow down my list lol...

    No but I'll tell you next Tuesday. The guy told me they have a track like bottom with a xc top. He told me they were good for track and going really fast in xc.

    RWS, spikes with a plastic bottom aren't going to work on courses with road.

    yeah i told him I was looking for Nike Milers and he said they don't carry nike spikes because the lastest ones were falling apart. The Shay XCs are cool anyway.

    yeah those are cool...but its not like spikes are supposed to be extremely durable you only race in them maybe one season especially nikes.
