    6 hour running camp. (sprinting drills, short XC run, field events, hurdling, weight room, starts and form, etc.)

    um i ran a little over 2 miles today...it sucked i dont know how i went from running 7-9 miles fine before i got a stress fracture and know die when i run for like 17 minutes....ugh.........
