yeah i love that picture..i loved watching that race it was so awesome once they finished how happy they were.

yeah, that race and the 800 guys were my favorite races.
I sorta felt bad for shalane though, because amy and kara are friends so they were like all happy and shalane is just sorta by herself.

yeah i loved the womens 5k too though i was so proud of Kara lol. The 800 race was probably my favorite out of all of them though it was just sick..yeahh i felt bad for Shalane too.

me too it was like midnight and i was yelling so loud at the tv with my big bro haha.

my sister is always like your stupid.

and i will inform her about the entire night of trials and then ask her what i just said and shes like ummmmmmmm.

she couldn't name one runner. any runner. and she couldn't name 1.
now i could get her to name allyson felix, ryan hall, and kara goucher. but
thats prolly all she would remember.

lol my team doesn't know any professional runners they don't pay attention at all it annoys me so bad...i love watching races and keeping up with running. They don't even know know who Ryan Hall is im just like wow.
