    Post em!

7 miles easy, first day of base training for XC.
Hockey game tonight (if the weather holds)

We're supposed to get "very significant" amounts of freezing rain (like, 10+ hours) which would cause some catastrophic infrastructure failure. Of course, if the storm track changes much, we could get none. I'm hoping for a couple snow days though!

And Track doesn't get any respect. In the paper today, both mens and womens basketball AUS got front page coverage, CIS volleyball on all page 2, Hockey on all page 3, and NO mention AT ALL of the AUS track meet. And there aren't any results online either angry scream

Update: The run sucked. I was really slow, and my HR was way higher than normal. I'm thinking it's partly cause it's my first day back, partly cause I'm still not fully better after being sick.

Rest day because track starts tomorrow. But, I'm starting to doubt if it really is because it is supposed to snow 8-12 inches tonight and 2-4 tomrrow! I'm so upset right now, I just want to run with my team again!!! Crying or Very sad I hate Delaware, it has hardly snowed all winter and now that it is MARCH it decides to snow! UGH!

Hurdles were...AWESOME. My form and what not was basically at the best that it has ever been. =) Perfect since track starts next week.

Went to the school to start running down on our course and there were some really creepy looking old guys....I ran away needless to say, really really fast.
