    I'll break the lazy trend.

7 mile "Long run" hey, it's taper week, it'll probably won't even be hard, just recovery pace.
    Hockey game tonight.

EDIT: GO RED SOX! GAME 7 TONIGHT!

    so today is my monday..

    3-4 miles moderate-hard &
go to the track and do some repeats

I dont really know what to do, I know tomorrow we're going to do speed so I guess thats what I should do.

EDIT: GO RED SOX! GAME 7 TONIGHT!

Yeah I'm feeling a Sox victory tonight! (I hope)

    I'm resting today.

XC is sucking horribly. I'm still two minutes off my PR and I ran 40 mpw over the summer and have been working my tail off in practice. I went from #3 to #7 since the start of the season and I have been running the exact same (SLOW) times at every single race. Last year I didn't care--so why do I suck now when I put so much more work into it?
