    14 mile long run this afternoon.

    The spandex party was awesome. Almost the whole team was there (girls and guys) and it was really cool to see everybody with their hair down. oh the shit that went down . . .

    No running outside for at least 3 days for me because the fires close to where I live make it to hard to breathe frown
    1hr on the eliptical.

    how did those start? I heard briefly about it, seems like such an odd time for wildfires.

    I don't know how they started, but last year's was originally caused by nature, and then arsonists capitalized on the lack of fire fighters availible, and started fires all over Mad
    It's been in the 70s and 80s and there have been winds known as Santa Ana Winds which makes the area incredibly dry. The area where I live is very fire prone, because there are virtually no trees in the natural area, and only brush that is easily burned. The area from September to November is fire season in Southern California.
