But I was exhausted b/c I stayed up until 2 am watching the 10k last night and had to work until 4:00 today. but I feel horrible now for skipping it.

    The night is young....

Yeah, but I'm not allowed to run at night ( and I live in the middle of no where, in the woods, sometimes we can hear coyotes at night... and we have had a bear in our yard attacking my mom's beehives... so call me chicken, but I don't really want to either) and I don't have a treadmill or any other exercise equipment. I guess I'll just have to do it tomorrow morning... if I don't sleep through day.

9 easy. First mile was in 8:20, but I finished in 71 minutes, so not too bad. I was completely dead after our 6-hour band practice. I'm pretty sure I'm not doing band next year now.
