    I think there should be a law against dailies written "the previous day."

    Either two 4 mile runs or one.

    Did stage "2" a.k.a. the 5K. Did a 24:07. My legs hurt like hell and will hurt more for the mile at 3 o' clock.

    30 minutes super slow on the treadmill later.

    im happy. today i ran a 5 miles road race and place third. my team had like 5 people going to it and everybody placed. it was nice.
