    they are both diferent ways to race, i love to run XC but i also love to run the mile. so i like to do both, but if i had a choice, XC all the way yoda sporty 2 Starwars1

    In cross country, I like the freedom and variety of the different courses. Also, since everyone on the team runs the same distance, I feel like there's more bonding/unity. It reminds me of a family; in track our sprinters and distance runners are like segregated haha.

    im an distance runner whos good at sprints(the one time i did the 100 i was third) but track is the actual stuff guys. XC to me is more of a base and motivator to stay in shape for the 800/1600.

    XC is base for track (i run 400 and 800) but XC is fun cause its more team oriented. i felt a lot more pressure in track to do well.
