    Winter Track

Post by lefty_logan on Fri Nov 21, 2008 12:48 am

I'm not sure i'm gonna do winter track since I can't do spring track because of baseball. Should I do winter track just to keep my running up.

If he does xc the is a point. I think you should do winter track. The only reason I don't is because 1. My school doesn't have it and I don't think my mom would want to take me to another school every day. 2. My swim team needs people and we could win division title this year.

That looks like it would hurt. I still like you should do indoor unless you have the motivation to run by yourself over the winter.

I do have the motivation to run myself. I have to since I want to do 5k, 10k, and half-marathons til xc starts again. There's no such thing as indoor track in Southern California. And yeah that does hurt.

No school is willing to spend money on an indoor track when the coldest it ever gets in Southern CA is in the very high 50s, and those days are like once a year.

Ha, I guess that makes sense. Why have any track season in the winter then?
