    water jogging for an hour and a half. just found out my rival will be in the 10K, pretty excited to race him.

    Yeah, Central Park was pretty crazy. The place is huge. I looked at some maps, though, so I think I'll be better off for tomorrow.

    its to build sprinting muscles..and the focus was on form...the speed was secondary...to help my approach on the runway...theres alot more to pv than jumping

    i have a really bad blister on my hand so i took a few days off. ill be jumping again tomorrow

    thanks miler, last time i made a thread about the county champs where i raced him you sent me that i am mighty thing. it worked, i won by 2 seconds overcoming a ten second deficit. you guys seem to help my races a lot.

    6 miles at a really really really fast pace (like under 6minutepermile)
