    Post em!

Rest day for me. Today was brutal though. First of all I was up really late doing my essay, lecture was brutally boring, tutorial was my vision of hell, because nobody had anything to talk about because nobody paid attention in lecture or did the reading. Then my Latin quiz was brutal, half the class didn't even write anything down, it was that hard. And it was raining. All day. At least tonight I can go to a party and blow off some steam.

I'm not sure. I was planning on running today but I think I might take a cross training day today.
my shins have been throbbing all day today. (especially in the same area where i had bad shin splints in track)
think it's still okay to run???

    first day of offseason today!!!
states went miserably. i ran a 24:09 or some crap like that. it was horrible weather and i was dehydrated and out of it. i didn't even really realize or care what was going on around me and my body hurt so bad. my coaches wouldn't listen to me when i ran by them. another girl on my team was dehydrated to and she collapsed. now im looking forward to my favorite: indoor.

    3 Words: I HATE SNOW!

It's being snowing, hailing, raining, and sun shining all day!
Why can't mother nature just decide to have it be sunny?

6 miles in the freezing snow/hail/rain/some sun.

Coach gave us individual workouts today, and he apologized to me personally because he thinks he screwed up my season =/

But anyway I did 2x1000 and 6x200. I liked it--200s are my favorite.
