    90 min trackk practice

Meet tom. 1st one in a moth! I'm so nervous because last meet I had a muscle shake and pushed my body so hard to get a good time. I'm afraid if I try that hard again I'll faint. ://

That's why I asked him what he did to warm up on rest days. I usually go on the stationary bike for a few minutes and then stretch and lift.

i have, smart FK. the best way to gain flexibility is stretching and plus you have to do around 8 minutes of aerobic activity before stretching for any of it to be of use anyway.
