My XC coach runs an 18xx 5km now (he is in his early 30's) I don't know what he use to run. All I know is that i trash-talk him a lot

my junior high coach was slow, he was built like a runner and look fast, but he only put off like 23min 5ks, he was a runner, just not that fast
