then
1 barefoot
core and pushups and such
1.5 home
Track starts tomorrow and I must say I'm pretty excited. I'm in the best shape of my life as I've never done near this much in base before. I ran with some people the other day who were much faster than me in xc but I haven't ran with them lately because they did indoor, and at the end they asked me if i usually go that fast. I was a little confused though, as I was going like 745 pace lol. And also the track coach suddenly began to give a fuck about being a good coach and read some Daniel's and Lydiard stuff, so now he's giving all the distance runners 3 weeks of base and has come up with a good training plan. Now I just have to get my xc coach to give a fuck.
Well, I haven't been on here in a while so I thought I might tell you guys what been goin' on.
