    and my coach told me to take 3 days off because of my shins. I think im going to listen to her this time because they are really not getting better Evil or Very Mad

    had a miserable workout in the weight room today. to many things to name.there was so much sweat everywhere it was disgusting, i sweat the most i have ever in my life. the entire room smelled horrible.

    Had a meet yesterday (got in trouble so couldnt go on here for like 3 days...no reason btw >=/ ) but I did better. Pr'd on that course by alot which is good. My coach found a ton of knots in my calves so he "massaged" them, but I dont think I've ever been in so much pain..haha it hurt so bad to walk after that but it didn't hurt in my race. weirrd

    Today was picture day so we had to make practice short.
    4 miles really slow, decided to run with my friend.
