For me it was rainy, WARM Fridailies.
It was a non-running day for me, so I did a hard 20-min workout on this machine called the Reebok Fusion...well that's what it said on it. It's like an elliptical but it isn't...But it works!!!
Then I decided to go for a quick mile run anyway. And I felt the best I've felt since I could run again! woo!

It was nice outside, a little cold since it snowed again =/ but no rain!! The weather is just waiting for track season. It never lets us have a dry practice.
