    Good luck Alex, have fun!
I guess I will once again go for a 3 mile run. But I had to call my coach and tell him about the funeral and practice being at the same time on Saturday, so he cancelled practice. Now I am like, great, I just wasted all week on running the same thing everyday because I thought I was going to have practice all this week, but then I had to improvise! I could have done some speedwork, though I did some pretty hard runs this week. So, do you think it is ok to just do a semi hard run today and an easy 4 tomorrow? Like, this one week wont mess up all my training i've done, will it?

No, you won't have lost any fitness if you've been doing 3 mile runs everyday . . . I'd say do a moderate tempo today and do something easy tomorrow.

^^ That's what I was thinking of doing. Thanks for the reply so quick cause I wanted to make sure before I went for my run today(which I am going out the door right now).

terrible practice. the coach put me in charge of the frosh/soph group and said i had to run with them. we ran 1.53 miles at a 14:30 pace. everyone was bitching so much. i don't like any of the new girls that came out for track. they're the type that think they're too cool to put effort into anything. and the funniest part is that they though they were doing 6 minute miles. they said "that loop is .5 miles so it would take us an extra three minutes to do that"
so i ran a couple more hard miles after practice.

    Have fun in Vietnam Alex!
    Swam for a hour and a half. Then I ran about 3 miles. Then a 400. Then a 200.

    have fun alex!
I'm stil having issues with my knees, and today I just found out that track starts a week early (the 23rd now instead of the 30th) so that means I will have less time to get back in shape after this injury and even less time to recover from the procedure i'm having this mondy. i'm so tickd right now.
2 miles, first mile easy, second mile pick it up a little bit
then i went inside for like 5 minutes then came back and did a slow 1 mile with my brother (he's home from college on spring break. i've really been missing him lately so it was good to run with him)

Team tied the game 3-3. We just can't play a full game. We were up 3-1 till 2 minutes to go, and we let them tie it up. At least I had another goal and assist.
