Awsome run on the icy trails again! I did 4.3 miles a minute and a second faster than I did yesterday! Lol, my hamtring is all better Im so happy!!! And then I met one of the top guy runners in the state, he is so nice and so hot

i ran the 3200. i ran alright, not great. i was supposed to run the 1600 too but some tool didn't turn in any of my team's cards for the 1600. so we did a hard warm up and we were all sitting there waiting to be called and then when they got like halfway through the second heat we were like there's no way we're in this race.
