    AM - 3
PM - 10ish at practice, no idea what we're going to do because all the sidewalks will be a sheet of ice once the snow melts and refreezes.

    Workout:
    Warm up
    Strides and Drills
4 x 1.7 mile loop on the commons (hopefully we don't get mugged, it's a sketchy area) (It will also be very icy :/)
    5x8s sprints
    Cool Down

So we ended up running in 9 degree windchill, through ankle-deep snow doing threshold work. JOY! Rolling Eyes

It's not really off-season. I had my 2 weeks easy after XC, but it's time for winter track. We don't have outdoor in Canada (We wouldn't be able to race outside until May and most people take the summer semester off, so we only have XC and indoor. FWIW, it was only tempo work, and at 6:30 pace because of the ankle-deep snow.

The good thing about track ending in March is that I have 5 solid months for base building before XC starts.
