Well, I'm going to start training again on tuesday.i started 2 weeks ago but I still had a tweak in my achilles so I figured 2 weeks now better than 2 months later. so anyway im just wondering what my mileage should be my first week back.

25 imo but don't rush it. Ice it after every run still.

How should we know what your mileage should be at? It's different depending on how your body has adjusted, your previous training, and your current level of fitness. I could tell you get back into it by running 3 miles every two days or running 6 miles a day.
