The temperature is supposed to soar into the 60s again today (it hit 70 the other day!) Yet another shirtless run!

Last workout with the XC team this year. Even though most of our seasons are over, there is still workouts because some of the team made nationals, so today there is the last workout, a 6 mile time trial to compare with the same workout in the beginning of the year.

    3 mile warm up
    Strides and Drills
    6 mile time trial
    3 mile cool down

My goal is around 35 minutes or so I think, depending on how hilly the course is.

I went down to Dalplex (athletic facility for the school) and looked around, and nobody was there, so I guess there wasn't practice today.

I'll do an easy 7 later in that case, followed by strides.

Did a XC 5K today. Got 21:45 on a really slow course. Not that hilly but half of the course was sand (not hard packed sand, more like grainy beach sand). My coach said this is about a minute slower than a road 5K which gave me some hope.

    We had sectionals today.
It didn't go well. Everyone ran a lot slower than normal and we didn't qualify for groups. Sad

I went to regionals, but didn't run because of my knee.

Maybe bike trainer or swimming later, plus core, upper, and PT exercises
