Everyone goes to league, varsity goes to districts then the top 10 individuals and top 5 teams go to state?? I think its something like that...maybe only 4 teams?

Its always confused me, but since I have no chance I dont have to worry about it Rolling Eyes

    heres how mine works:
conference including small medium and large division in my area(completely different race haveing nothing to do with states)
states (for everyone) top 12 or something from each small medium and large move on to state opens. then from there you qualify for new englands.

i sucked at my conference today miserably. i went out way to fast because my coach told us to go out fast otherwise you wont pass many people because of the type of course that it is.

    Conference>State.

Bad...39 degrees, 3 inches of surfaces water, and nearly passed out from the cold.

Well, my last race was Monday and it sucked really bad, which was kind of disappointing because the schools there were bad enough that I should have been able to medal even if I didn't run my best but I was like 3 minutes off of my PR... Buuuut I finally PR'd (in a race instead of a workout this time) at conference Saturday so I'm happy about that.

I can't run in crouds. I have never ran good at counties, districts, or at big invites. Only exception is the 1600 at track counties but that was because it was the slow heat so I was leading with ease.
