    mile warmup,
running up a 800m hill 3 times (we would go like 10 seconds hard, 30 seconds easy and keep doing that till we got to the top)
    and then a mile hard.
    and a short cooldown.

    no xc today.

so I went with my dad. (he's trying to get back into running.)

we walked to the track and back. -2.5
and I did 2 miles easy at 7:55 pace.

it was short, but it actually felt nice.

simply because they are seniors. I got elected because there were no girl seniors and i'm the oldest (but since there are only 4 girls its not that much of an accomplishment..haha) so we have 3 captains =/ . Its kinda lame.

I feel bad for the one girl who isn't captain. She must feel so un-special haha.

If you were limping home and the pain is really that bad you should consider not running in that meet at all...don't screw up your season this early
