Re: Mega Mondailies
mile warmup,
running up a 800m hill 3 times (we would go like 10 seconds hard, 30 seconds easy and keep doing that till we got to the top)
and then a mile hard.
and a short cooldown.

Re: Mega Mondailies
no xc today.
so I went with my dad. (he's trying to get back into running.)
we walked to the track and back. -2.5
and I did 2 miles easy at 7:55 pace.
it was short, but it actually felt nice.

Its going to be really cold, wet, dark and ugh, I'm sick of the other two captians choosing all the crappy times to have practice..and they dont even show up!!

Pithin: How did they get elected capt?
simply because they are seniors. I got elected because there were no girl seniors and i'm the oldest (but since there are only 4 girls its not that much of an accomplishment..haha) so we have 3 captains =/ . Its kinda lame.

I feel bad for the one girl who isn't captain. She must feel so un-special haha.Pinthin wrote:whenhen wrote:12 longer distance sprint hills (yes I'm aware that's an oxymoron)

1.75 out, then limping home. My foot hurts like hell. I'm hoping it's better before my meet tomorrow.

Re: Mega Mondailies
If you were limping home and the pain is really that bad you should consider not running in that meet at all...don't screw up your season this earlyfunrunner wrote:1.75 out, then limping home. My foot hurts like hell. I'm hoping it's better before my meet tomorrow.
