    xc practice:
    mile warm up
    10 hill sprints
    two mile cool down

and then I fell over a fence (not even while running, I was going to go stand under a sprinkeler and I was walking to it) and landed on my back. And now it hurts. a lot. Rolling Eyes

5.25 miles at practice which was not really practice at all because I was like the only high schooler besides a really annoying girl who is completely and utterly full of herself.

ahh the internet is crazy slow here so i only go on once a day because its such a pain. so my house here is pretty much in the mountains. i live on top of a really big hill. really big. so i ran to the bottom of the hill (about a mile) and did 10 hill sprints from the bottom to the point where it stops being paved (so they ended up being 30 seconds). and i ran back home. okay, thats a lie. i ran/walked/jogged because i wasnt running all the way up that hill after i just did all those hills.

readers digest: 10x30s hill sprints with warmup and cd

i also ate some really good mexican food for dinner. clean plate club Cool
