    I gained 11 lbs during the game last night. Now I feel fat and very sluggish.

    4.3 miles and I slipped in the mud. But that's OK becuase it was 57 degrees out!! But, then it is supposed to snow tonight and Delaware is going to get 1-2 inches of snow(alot for here). Delaware weather is so crazy.

    RIA! ahh! twinsss! - 4.25 miles, mud all over my legs, but it was amazing because i WORE SHORT SHORTS! in 50 degree weather. annd snow is coming soon!

    it was a nice day today. i just did 4x400. it wasn't a very good workout, pretty uneven splits. i like working out by myself better than with a group, my two slowest ones were with a group.

    I did 25 min rowing machine, 35 elliptical, and 20 bike. I'm so excited; I can run again soon!!!

    haha! niccceee... Heck it's been like 10 derees and les in Michigan lately..I almost went with shorts yeaturday too when it was in the 30s. lol It's crazy what "warm" means at different times of the year.
