Wow, my first ever dailies thread

10 miles at 7:22 pace. Felt nice and relaxed despite faster pace, for me at least. No hip pain Very Happy

Uhh not a good day at all. I need to sleep more.

I ran a .5 mile warmup, then did drills. I felt really tired the whole time. Then the plan was to do 6 miles tempoish but that then turned into real easy run pace and then into I stopped to walk after 2.5 miles and just turned around and walked home.

I'm really pissed since I ran 11.5 miles on Saturday and I can barely run 3 today
