then coming up with more ideas for fundraisers, so far we've come up with:
    food eating contest
    car wash
    raffle
bake sale at a big football game
    candy sale
and something like the rootbeer mile exceptyou drink loads of milk and run. (this will be during half time at a football game)

Ran 1.5 miles to school , were I met up with my coach and team at 7:00 AM, we ran to a hill which is about 2.25 miles and away did
10 x (hills a little over 150 meters long and then back down so about 2 miles worth of hills) then my team ran back about 2.25 miless to school, After that I ran 2.5 miles back home on a alternate ran then which I came from

    AM run total:
    1.5 + 2.25 + 2 (worth of hills) + 2.25 + 2.5 = 10.5 miles

PM run will prob be 8.5 miles (longer or shorter depending on how I feel)

    xc practice.
my team is full of morons.
1 mile warm up (why did we warm up for an easy run...)
3 miles easy- this is where the thing about my team being morons comes into play. Basically, everyone starts off at about 6:20 pace. Stupid. Most of them can't hold that for a race, so I have no idea why they would try to do that during an easy run... I am nearly jogging, so at the turnaround I was still a good minute behind them. Then, I passed every single person on my team on the way back because they all ended up walking. Rolling Eyes

lol, was it your teams first day of practice? cause at my school most freshman guys attempt to keep up with the top runners when they first join and will usally end up walking. It usually takes them a week to get things drilled into there head that they need to pace there runs

haha no, yesterday was our first official day, and we've been practicing a little bit over the summer. Even though we really just started, they should know better bacause everyone except me ran xc last year. And it wasn't even a bunch of freshmen; we don't have any lol.
