Time trials today (1 mile) and then a recovery run with drills.

(Edit: Yaaaay I took third on my team! It means nothing with regard to the coming season, but it still makes me happy!!!)

training my dog to run with me is hard work. he can hardly walk 2 miles. we ran into the football team and he doesn't like boys so he hid behind me. just thought that was kinda funny.
    running 5 later.

Haha I trained my sister's hog dog to run with me too. He still complains if we run more than 3 miles at recovery pace Rolling Eyes

Pm-3 mile bike to trails, 4 mile run on different trails, strides and shit, 3 mile bike home

Probably a 20 minute barefoot run tonight. I just read some Lydiard stuff and realized that I should build up my base a lot more than I did.

    Don't get injuried.

I hope i don't injured, my mileage these past few weeks have drastically increased.
As you can see from clicking on my sig and looking at my running logs yeah my mileage has spiked and its all been done safely, and if your wondering whether i'm fast or not, im accually a fairly slow runner Sad. I just love putting in the miles and don't really care how much my running times improve, as long as I run, with that being said I'll be attempting the 7 mile very soon and see how I feel. as for the 8 mile run in the morning 1.5 miles of it was from my apartment to my school were I met up with a teammate and ran 4 miles with him, after that he left, and i ran back to my apartment on a different route that is about 2.5 miles long so either way my 8 miler in the mourning was fairly easy.
