Maybe you're just trying to convince yourself that you aren't accountable, that your bodies are yours alone to do as you please, that the universe just fell into place.
The world has taught you to limit yourself to the world and what it knows. I know more.
My God is chasing after you guys and he will not rest until He brings you home.
I can see the fingerprints of God in my life. Call me crazy.

Noah's Ark is a story for children and shouldn't be considered as anything more. One man cannot gather two of every creature on the entire planet and be able to feed them all in one boat.
I'm not a big knower of Bible stories, but explain to me how Adam and Eve were the only two people and now there are 6 billion of us... but incest is a sin right?
yesxotrackkgirl wrote:hmmm. this topic is kind of twisted because what some of you guys say about one thing could mean the complete oposite in another religion.
did that make sense?

Did you ever think for just a second that you're the weak minded one, because you can't seem to grasp anything that can't be proven to you?
To believe in something, you have to believe it to be true and the only way to believe it to be true is to prove that it exists.

very true. and if the universe just created its self or whatever, then why is the world not in chaos, but in perfect harmony? God created everything to work for a purpose, His purpose. How can you stand infront of something so beautiful, like a beautiful part of nature, and say that just fell in place? i just dont get it...

I use to be into Christianity,go to church and all that jazz (but I 've always believed in the big bang theory) but I opened my mind and realized there are more religions, that I find more appealing (and less hypocritical).
If He was ignorant enough to say that, then, yes I must know more about the universe than he did.RawBeginner wrote:"The word god is for me nothing moreAudienceOfOne wrote:we know God exists.Just Because wrote:HXC_Runner2012 wrote:RawBeginner wrote: It is a response to deep emotional conflicts and weaknesses.

than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a
collection of honourable, but still primitive legends which are
nevertheless pretty childish. No interpretation no matter how subtle

I never said I know more then god or his followers. What I mean is you’re ignorant for not even accepting the idea that evolution, big bang etc. etc. might be correct.
So you can’t call non-Christians ignorant when you aren’t exactly open minded either.
I'm getting tired of the word ignorant.. I think I'm going to retire it now

I know more than many of his followers as demonstrated in the many threads on this forum which blatently disregard science. Ignorance is not accepting fact when it is clearly presented before you
