although the few studies that have been done, all point to it being a hormonal or "mental" thing, we dont have enough information to confirm that. But more then team jesus !! haha ooh I'm kidding (well sorta..)

i kinda think your born gay because who i can honestly never like girls i just can't its impossible for me im not attracted to them lol. so i can't choose to like them. but im sure there are the occasional people that do choose to be gay for attention. but the ones that are really gay yeah they are born it lol.

I kinda agree with you Sadie about some being gay from birth and some being gay by choice. I started this thread thinking its by choice but now I'm leaning the other way.

I agree some might choose. Like our middle school (mostly girls) are almost all gay or bi.. it was reallllly weird walking through there one day with a friend

and me and one of the track coaches who is also a middle school teacher had a really long talk on the way to xc camp, about the weird trend and it really confuses her too. I dunno but we are having some reallly odd freshmen coming up

some do it because I guess they think its cool, some are actually born that way.

There are obvious exceptions because it seems like the cool thing for girls and emo guys to be bi now

Although it's probably possible that some to choose to be gay (but why would you??) I think it is unlikely that the majority do. I know 2 gay guys, and they definately didn't choose it.

Also, I don't think that you can say that everyone is gay by choice based on your belief that since it's a sin, it must be choice... because there is no way to physically prove that being gay is a sin... that's just your faith/belief.

Yes, in essence. although this is not realized until sexual maturity, based on what i have read, they are born with an abnormal hypothalmus
