do you get enough iron? actually, I'm having a similar problem... I've managed to keep running because it's just automatic now, but I feel really sluggish and Im always exhausted. like, I got 12 hours of sleep last night and I'm still tired. I took 2 short naps today already. but I am getting enough iron... well, good luck!!!

Actually, I used to be really anemic. It ruined a season plus. We are going to test that again. But if I am, then my mom thinks something else is going on too, because she doesnt think I should have gotten so anemic again, so soon.

I had the same problem this winter/track season. Doc thought I was anemic, turns out I wasn't. Then they thought it was really bad allergies, it wasn't. They still dont know what my deal is. But I'm a little more energetic now.

I hope both of you find out whats wrong.

Run in the afternoon. It will probably be less humid then.
I have to work... thanks for the idea though

Run after work? That's what I'm doin.
I just got home from work, and I'm calling it a night soon because I have to get up at six tomorrow for xc and then more work.
Sometimes I do run after work... but not tonight.
