    I've been pulling 40 pounds of kids on a sled through deep snow up and down a good size hill... does this count? Razz

    jk treadmill is working though!

    Rest day, not much time to run, so I'll just run later on in the week when I would have rested otherwise. Hockey game tonight though.

    Ended up doing an easy 4, then hockey, which we lost cause the ref was on his knees and ended up blowing the game Rolling Eyes, then I did about 2 miles of off-ice conditioning in the rink afterward to vent frustration.

    10 miles on my treadmill, medium effort

    7 miles at 8:35 pace, then 3 miles at avg 7:44 pace (sped up using various speeds at this point)

    The whole thing took 1 hour, 23 minutes, and 10 seconds

    I'm also happy because I set a new weekly mileage record for myself at 68 miles
