Suck it up Sundailies
Doing a 7 mile run and hope I can retrieve my endurance again. I'm starting a plan my coach gave me to help me get back into the grove before the really tough stuff starts in October.

Re: Suck it up Sundailies
I suck at racing. My nerves got to me sooo much.
I ended up running a 26:18, while throwing up before, during and after the race, simply because I was nervous.
I don't understand why I can run a 25 minute 5k in the middle of a ten miler, and then run even slower on race day. If I can run a 25 in the middle of a ten miler, then I feel like I should at least be able to race a 23 or below.
rant sorry.

That sounds like you were really nervous, or just nausea?? But you should become less nervous as the season goes on, just pretend this race never happened.
Good luck
Today:
long recovery run, I dunno how long yet.
Tomorrow I have to get a ct scan so I wont make it too practice

You forgot to mention that it's not proper to end all my sentences with an ellipse...

What? I had a race at 7:00 PM yesterday, my legs hurt plus I was saving it up for a tough week ahead of me.
