Doing a 7 mile run and hope I can retrieve my endurance again. I'm starting a plan my coach gave me to help me get back into the grove before the really tough stuff starts in October.

    Post 'em.

I suck at racing. My nerves got to me sooo much. No
I ended up running a 26:18, while throwing up before, during and after the race, simply because I was nervous.
I don't understand why I can run a 25 minute 5k in the middle of a ten miler, and then run even slower on race day. If I can run a 25 in the middle of a ten miler, then I feel like I should at least be able to race a 23 or below. Evil or Very Mad
    rant sorry.

That sounds like you were really nervous, or just nausea?? But you should become less nervous as the season goes on, just pretend this race never happened.
    Good luck salute

    Today:
long recovery run, I dunno how long yet.

Tomorrow I have to get a ct scan so I wont make it too practice mad
