rest
Really crappy meet yesterday. 20:31. I guess I'm not in as good shape as I thought I was. I guess I just have to run the workouts and the miles and hope it goes down.

Did 16. More a balls workout than anything. The first eight miles were up a mountain. The second eight miles were down the mountain. From halfway up the mountain I could see buffalo and lake erie, from the top I could see EVERYTHING. It was crazy. I could see the basilica, which is like 50 miles away. I could see Niagra falls too. As I started getting closer to the top I could feel the air getting hard to breath. It was insane. When I got back down my ears popped. The first five miles were hot, sweaty, and painful, but once my fast twitch fibers took over, I was just gliding along. In all, amazing run. Great views, too. It's amazing what kind of places you can find right near your house if you look.
