It was pretty awesome for Im not even sure if I can run sub-5.20 yet. thanks for the encouragement HXC! roll eyes i meant for my age. I felt very great, relaxed, and i could even say it felt like i was floating. Runners high i suppose.
Probably because the miles you put before acted like a good warm up.
yeah, and i dont know if the mileage of everyday ive been doing helps, but i just got over 50 Shocked This week I decided it'd be better to just drop the mileage because I dont think so much mileage is good for me. Probably just do over 30 but mostly of 80% MHR.
    Are you counting bike miles?

no, but ive been biking a good 10+ everyday too. If I did I would feel too bad cause it's basically just an excuse to not run. Its all running miles but it was just like every single day I would just go out for the scheduled run and didnt stop at all til I went 2 or 3 miles over.

That's what I do. I set a minimum for the length of the run, and if I'm feeling good I keep going for a couple miles.
