What would be a good time
im going to run a 400m race and a 1500m for the first time tonight race tonight and i was wondering wat would be considerderd good times?(for an 11yr old)

I would go for 5:35 on the 1500 and 68 on the 400. Tell me how good I am at guessing when you run them : )

Dude, if you can run a 1500 under like, I dunno, 6:30, you're going to be a lot better than a lot of 11-year-olds. If you're racing a 1500 and 400 at 11, just run to win. 11-year-old times say very little about the rest of your running career.

I would take big breaks 9a lot bigger than the people here) though because you don't want to burn out and lose your potential.

Well, on the 1500 I got 5:42 (after I ran the 400 so I was alittle tired) for the 400 I had a 69.62 so you were pretty close on the 400.
