well first off, you guys need to know my mile time. well when i finished xc it was 5.15. october 25 was the last xc race of the year. ive ran 4 times since .well february 23 i start track season and to make the team i have to be under 5.20. possible? how do i do it?

Thats gay that you have to try out. Would you rather build a base and peak when your supose to but may not make the team because you are kinda slow at racing during base phase OR risk not improving as much because you want to be fast on Feb 23?

Your solution lies not in running, but in your self interest.
Grow a pair and stop worrying so much. Listen to general running advice given here. I swear every other week you give us the same "Can I do it?" "How can I do it?" question. Be patient and keep training. There's no secret advice that we can give that would drastically change your performance overnight and we probably can't guess what you will run the outdoor 2 mile in. Hopefully I can help you stop being so insecure by the time you hit puberty so you can be ahead of all the other kids.
