    Ouch.

Rest day for me. Very Happy

Yes, but he wasn't going too fast. He was backing out of his driveway (it's a blind drive) and I cut behind him by mistake. I can hardly keep my eyes open on morning runs, much less watch for cars. Rolling Eyes

9 miles today. Longest run I have done for a while, and I don't know how to pace. I was 6:40 pace for the first 6 miles, and then my legs just stopped working, and I had a huge cramp. Only stopped once though to my dismay, I don't know what kept me going. SUPER hot and humid.

6 easy. It was pretty slow (8:12), but I have quite a few excuses I'm feeding to myself, so it's all good.

Oh I know how you feel (I run with my eyes closed sometimes... it can create problems). Anyway, I hope everything ends up being okay. salute
