    mile w/u. 8x200m + 200m recovery around a parking lot since there's snow everywhere Sad then ~2.5mile c/d
    and since i missed the first 3 intervals because i was at clinic, i did 1.5miles on the track afterwards...even though it was really snowy.

    no practice for me i have absolutely no time. i had a chiropractor appointment. i started exams today which i never even studied for and a 4-6 page paper on responsibilities vs. desires, how it effects characters in literature and the story as a whole do tomorrow. its so dumb! im just taking a break right now.

    about a 2 mile warmup. 30 minutes fartlek (pretty hard). mile cool down. fun times...

    Tell us how it goes! I was going to go with my school, but it costs too much money. And I'm also sick right now, so the cold will not be very good right now.
    6x800m repeats. Then a hardcore workout with my trainer. I am so sore right now from it and it usually takes over night.

    we started shoveling the track, but then the coaches made us stop because it was a liability. then we had to run on an icy track, which i think is more of a liability haha. but yeah we just did 1x1200, 1x800, 3x400. weak workout. and my coach just yesterday told me he's going to be giving me longer workouts than everyone else because i'll be concentrating on the 3200. this is his idea of a long workout. i've lost pretty much all my base because we never do runs longer than 30 min at practice.

    ^^ i had that problem last year with my coach. The distance runners on our team talked to him and I think he realised we need to do more distance runs this year. Maybe if you let your coach know your losing your aerobic capability, he will let you do more distance runs.

    1rst day of lacrosse tryouts.
    -20 25m suicides
    - 1 mile (7:12)
    -2 mile (15:35)
    - 3 100s
    - Practice game
    - Pushup test (got 31 before I dropped)
    - Sit-up test (69 before I dropped)

    Not looking forward to tomorrows tryouts, or the day after that

    13 miles on my treadmill in 1 hr 40 minutes

    5 miles were at 8 minute pace and 8 miles were at 7 min 30 sec pace
