Track day. Which is normally good, but to melt the snow on the roof of the field house (so it won't collapse) they jacked the heat up to almost 90f. When it hasn't been over 50f since mid november, that is a ridiculous shock on the system.
Anyway, the workout:
Warm up
Strides and Drills
6 x 800 (3 moderate+1, 3 all out: 2:50, 2:50, 2:44, 2:33, 2:37, 2:30)
4 x 200 (35, 36, 33, 34)
Cool Down
Total: 10 miles.
