    wierd stuff. my friend and i fought over a guy at my school as a joke. so i decided to marry him on facebook. we played reality show the whole day.. i mean expo writings all over his locker, song lyrics, fake counseling, love/hate notes.. the teachers were like "whats going on? wife stealing?" hahhhh!

    so i took my best friend for a 45 minute run. shes a soccer playerrr and she did amazing. somethhing about soccer players and stamina..

    I have OM regionals on Saturday so my team has been working overtime.
    PLUS, I found out today that I have strep throat. joy.

    after 12 days off, i got to try and run 2 miles on monday. the pain above my knee where i apparently had tendonitis was pretty much gone. so it was great except the bottom of my knees were sooo painful, it's like the joints were hurting and they didn't have any spring in them. i'm not even going to mention how slow it was...let me give you a hint...9 min miles. uckkkk.(i'm glad i ran alone from my house so i would have to be embarassed) BUT, the good thing is, i THINK that is normal and they're just kinda weak from taking all the rest days, because after i took a break after XC and started running again, i had the same kind of pain and i just kept running slowly but surely and i was back to running fine in a few days.
    so then i took tuesday off, then today I ran 3.1 miles and I felt a whole lot better. I could still tell my knees arn't really near 100% but at least they feel better than what they did on monday. so...yeah i'm really happy to be running again. plus today it was like 40 degrees and sunny so it felt awesome.
    anyway, probably core and some arms.

    xc runninggal, i always get joint pains after i come back from a break. so yea, i wouldnt worry to much about it Smile

    Rant:
    We were suppose to do 5 miles then some stuff on the track. Since I had mentoring I had to cut practice short, and it was my first day of track since i've been sick so my coach told me to take it easy (she told me only do one mile then some track stuff). My friend couldn't believe I was only doing the one mile..I dunno maybe its because I haven't eaten in 3 days. Literally, I cant really keep anything down except for a salad today. She got pissed, ran off and did the 5.
    Its so stupid that she was mad, I could barely even stand yesterday, at least i'm somewhat running today.

    gosh.
    So I did the one and felt super duper dizzy, and my coach told me to go home =/

    leggy doctor tomorrow to see what needs to be done. Finally.

    pinthin, that pretty much makes no sense for your friend to be mad at you. my friends feel sorry for each other when we can't run.

    Family friend died so I cried all day at schoool. Then other stuff happened and I cried even more. Then I found out that track practice has been canceled all week, I cried some more. Then I went for a hard 3 mile run and a slow mile after that, it felt amazing,.

    I think she was mad since she had do go on her own..since we came late. But yeah she's always telling me to "man up" (in a jokingly matter. sorta) but when she is sick i'm suppose to slow down and feel bad.
