Long run tonight with some people on my team. Kind of a weird time for that because I was just beginning to enjoy running by myself lol.

Rented a rowboat today (4+ hours of chasing fish unsuccessfully around the lake), and maybe an easy 6 tonight.

    XC practice:
    1 mile warm up
10 hill sprints (about 200m each, hill was probably at like a 70 degree angle [really steep], and my feet bled... My new shoes are officially broken in)
cooldown- barefoot, because of the feet bleeding issue. It was fun. Very Happy

    Also:
    charity swimming thing
106 laps in an hour, to benifit osteocarcoma

Really? Yeah, I think we're the only bright yellow uniform in southern NH, so if you raced people in bright yellow from NH, it was probably us! what meet was it at?

how do you measure miles of pool running?

i do it like i measure runs for time, because it's like the same thing, i just calculate in that i am going slower, so i ended up running in the pool for an hour, so i would say that is 7ish miles at a slow pace.

35 minutes of pool running (including w/u, cooldown, then hard intervals with easy recovery jogs inbetween.)
