haha i talked to some other guy who was pool running too for most of the time and then the other time i talked to a xc coach from another school who likes stalks me and knows all my race times...sketchy

Felt like adding to this, ended up @ just under 7:00 pace for like 4.1 miles and legs were/are deeeeeeeeaaaaad after...forgot how insanely hilly the trail I was on is (not the rolling hill type either..big spiky-like hills and few downhills)XCTrackXC wrote:4 miles later
