I think I'm going to TRY go go for a short 3 mile run and see how it feels, although I'll cut it short if I'm still feeling shitty after about 10 mins.

Re: Moderate Mondalies
7 miles with 5 stiders. It was nice, but really hot. Yesterday it is close to the 30's and today...WHAM like 70 degrees out. This is why I get so many sinus infections . Man, I am really hungry, but I'm going out to dinner with my older sis so I have to wait. Lately I have been so hungry all the time, anyone else ever have this feeling? I feel like I'm going to throw up some times it gets so bad.

Re: Moderate Mondalies
15 miles (long run) , averaged about 9 minutes per mile pace-wise
The weather today was perfect and I'm so happy that I didn't run yesterday so I could run today. The first 10 miles were slowish effort-wise, I stopped for maybe 5 or 6 seconds to drink from a water bottle I put in my mailbox, and for the last 5 miles the sky looked dark gray and it was getting dark outside so I ran the last 5 miles at a much harder effort. So it wasn't run consistently at 9 minutes per mile, but it averages out to that. I felt great and it was a great day today.

Re: Moderate Mondalies
Nada.
There is ice out, it's about 10 degrees out, & there is retarded wind blowing snow! So no running for me.
My friend toiok me to lunch & Christmas shopping to get my mind off of last night's tragic events. :/

Happens to me too. Your body wants to put on some fat for the winter. It starts about mid October for me, lasts till about January for me, and I normally end up gaining 5-10 lbs. Every spring/summer I run most of it off (except what I need to keep because of growth)
Anyway, my run was pretty difficult, 3 miles @ 8m/mile, and I was breathing pretty hard for most of it. I'm going to call tomorrow to get an appointment to get my test results.

Re: Moderate Mondalies
I don't think I've gained weight...but I think it is from this new strength training I've been doing with a trainer, and I've increased my miliage.Fitter, Happier... wrote:haha luckily i haven't gained noticeable weight... yet. i haven't weighed myself so i don't know. i've been eating like crazy though.runner_dude wrote:Fitter, Happier... wrote:Ria wrote:Lately I have been so hungry all the time, anyone else ever have this feeling?
