    xc practice:
    1 mile warm up
12 hill sprints (about 2 miles, including recovery)
    2 mile cool down

so, 5 from xc and 3 more later = 8 for the day

50/50 mileage wise or workout wise?

seems like a lot of fast miles or not enough easy ones
