    alright, for anyone that is here....we'll make do until our baby (traxck) is alive and well again. Sad that traxck is broken Sundailies 627344 haha.
    so today...I actually haven't figured out what I'm going to run yet.
    the best is yet to come.

    6 x 200m @28-35 (I got alot faster, but my endurance is all but gone)
    1/2 mi Mid-Run
    5 x 55 flyers
    3 x 100m strides
