    I cried during track practice today cause once again, I had to sit out & watch my team run. My coach thought I was crying because he made a comment about freak accidents happening when we aren't warmed-up, and us all having bad ankles, so he thought I was crying because of that. I WANT TO RUN!

    5 miles. it was terrible. i was gone for like a week so i didnt get a chance to run ,and this was my first run back. i couldnt feel my legs from my knees down like half the time. i kept on tripping and stuff

    race day: terrible 5:21 in the 1600 for third place, even worse 2:33 800, and a third leg in a 4x400 that I don't know my time for
